Almost every minor or major city contains areas of former giant factories or other industrial buildings, which aren't in service anymore and create "brownfields" around them. This urbanism project involves re-creating former brewery to a new purpose. It's area has been transformed into modern business and residential zone, with refurbished brewery, wich serves as a museum of modern art in this design. Whole project would bring new life into sleepy and calm town in southern Slovakia.
